How to Nominate
Eligibility
Children must be diagnosed with pediatric cancer and currently undergoing or have recently completed treatment. We prioritize those who are actively participating in therapy and require a creative outlet to maintain their emotional well-being.
Process
Delivery
Complete our nomination form online. We review each application to ensure the child meets our criteria. Once approved, we contact you to confirm the delivery date and time for the kit.
We arrange for a professional courier to deliver the kit directly to your child's home or treatment facility. We provide a tracking number and a detailed delivery schedule to ensure a smooth experience.
